Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    • This platform is intended for use by salespeople who sign up to participate in incentive and promotion programs.
  2. Account Approval
    • All accounts must be approved by us before any payments can be made.
    • Approval is at our discretion, and not all accounts will be approved.
  3. Incentives and Submissions
    • You may view available SPIFFs and promotions and submit claims with the required evidence.
    • All submissions will be reviewed, and we reserve the right to approve or reject claims at our discretion.
  4. Payments
    • Payments will be issued upon the approval of your claim and account.
    • Any payments exceeding $600 in total during a fiscal year require a completed W-9 form so that a 1099 can be issued for tax purposes.
  5. Privacy
    • We collect personal information, including your first and last name, email address, and W-9 (which includes your Social Security Number).
    • Your information will be securely stored and used solely for the purpose of processing claims and payments in accordance with our privacy policy.
  6. Modifications to SPIFFs
    • We reserve the right to change or modify any SPIFF, promotion, or incentive at any time without prior notice.
  7. Disputes and Mediation
    • Any disputes related to the SPIFF platform or payments will be resolved through mediation, not in a court of law.
    • The cost of mediation will be borne by the losing party.
  8. Termination of Access
    • Any abuse, hacking, or manipulation of the platform will result in the immediate termination of your access to the platform.
